Voices In Voting, previously known as KidsVoting Southern Nevada,  is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization working with schools and communities to enhance civic education and provide youth with an authentic voting experience in Nevada.

     Students have an opportunity to learn about current issues in the classroom, culminated by participating in live debates at the annual KidsVention event for Grades 5 and 7. Additionally, youth are engaged in online voting during local and/or federal elections. As well as a civic forum for high school students.

     Programs, curriculum, and professional learning is offered to lay a foundation for living as an informed, proactive citizen in a democratic society. The curriculum is offered through the school year and is correlated to state academic standards.
