CIVICS IN ACTION
Voices in Voting and the Department of Education are excited to host the inaugural Civics in Action Summit for 9th - 12th-grade students of Nevada. Be a part of our Civics Squad and participate in ways you can create a commUNITY! The day will be full of learning on how to be civically engaged within your community. Students will be able to meet and discuss local issues with state legislators, as well as city, county and school board elected officials. Students will also be able to explore the Nevada State Museum and make community connections.

School may seek transportation funding reimbursement through the State Reimbursement for Transportation Initiative.
All Nevada public schools are eligible for bus reimbursement to visit a state museum. For more information on the reimbursement program, click here.
